Q: What credit cards do we accept?
A: Mastercard,Visa and Discover.

Q: When do you do massages?
A: Most massages are done Wednesday – Saturday and sometimes on Thursday evenings.

Q: Can pregnant women have massages?
A: Yes. When you have your first massage for the current pregnancy you need a written release from your Doctor. This may be faxed, mailed or brought with you to your appointment. You also need a release if there are any indications such as twins, gestational diabetes, toxemia, or miscarriages.

Q: Can I have a color and a perm on the same day?
A: You need to wait a minimum of 2 weeks to get 2 chemical services.

Q: Do you have hair extensions?
A: We do not offer hair extensions at this time.

Q: What is the difference between a color and a highlight
A: A color is an all over head coverage. A highlight is where small strands of hair are colored darker or lighter all over your head to add contrast to your hair.

Q: Do you offer a senior discount?
A: Discounts are specific to each location, ask about them when you make your appointment, or join our e-mail club.

Q: What is a nail kit or pedi pack?
A: They are tools used specifically for all nail services and for sanitation reasons. You keep them and bring them back whenever having a nail service.

Q: Can I have a senior student?
A: Our students go to school for a certain amount of hours and aren’t really considered Juniors or Seniors. They all have experience with models and test out of all requirements before going out onto the salon or spa. There is always a certified instructor there to check their work.

Q: Can I request a certain student?
A: Yes you may request an individual student; appointments will be made according to their schedule and availability.
